shrimp with curry



Ingredients 
• 750 grams prawns
• 1 tablespoon olive oil 
• 1 onion 
• 1 share of garlic 
• 1 ½ tablespoon curry powder 
• ½ tablespoon grated ginger 
• ¾ tablespoon flour 
• 2 cups water 
• 2 tablespoon coconut milk 
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice 
• 2 tablespoon parsley
How to prepare: 
• protect the oil in a large saucepan, then add the chopped onion and minced garlic and cook the mixture for 5 minutes until the yellows. 
• Add the curry powder with grated ginger and flour. Cook the ingredients for one minute with constant stirring. 
• add water until the sauce becomes homogeneous. We follow stirring until the sauce boil for two minutes. Add the coconut milk and prawns. 
• leave the mixture over medium heat for 5 minutes or until prawns semi-mature. 
• Add the lemon juice with chopped parsley.
