How to prepare ice cream yogurt

Amounts of ice cream yogurt:

4 cup yogurt 

¼ cup fresh cream 

1 tablespoon honey 

2 tbsp sugar 

¼ cup frozen blueberry or strawberry

How to prepare ice cream yogurt:

- Descriptive yogurt well water through a strainer tight and leave in the refrigerator for two hours until the yogurt to get rid of excess water. 

- Mix honey with stones and yogurt and favorite fruit in prepared food. 

- Then fry the mixture in ice cream prepared by following the instructions on the machine. 

- Put the yogurt mixture in an airtight box and put them in the refrigerator for four hours, taking into account agitated with a fork every hour.
